The workforce relocation programme was devised by the NAS team to address the well-publicised shortage of drivers in many parts of the UK. In essence, NAS supplies drivers from areas of low utilisation and deploys them to geographical regions where the shortage is most acute.
NAS clients of all sizes have benefited from this simple but highly effective recruitment solution. They can recruit drivers and logistics personnel on a temporary, permanent or fixed term contract basis for reasons such as:
